Coke Breeze
Coke Breeze

Coke breeze, also known as coke fines, consists of small particles and dust generated during the screening and handling of metallurgical coke. Though too small for direct use in blast furnaces, coke breeze is highly valuable in sintering plants, where it serves as the main fuel to agglomerate iron ore fines into sinter for blast furnace feed. It is also used in cement plants, brick kilns, and other industrial heating processes. Due to its high carbon content and quick combustion, coke breeze ensures efficient energy use in these applications while recycling what would otherwise be a waste by-product.
