High Volatile Coke
High Volatile Coke

High volatile coke is produced from coking coals with higher volatile matter and is characterized by its increased reactivity compared to standard metallurgical coke. While it may not have the same strength as blast furnace coke, its higher volatile content makes it suitable for specialized industrial processes where faster combustion and reactivity are desired. It is often used in ferroalloy production, foundries, and certain chemical processes where its properties offer an advantage. The balance of reactivity and carbon content makes high volatile coke an important material for select industrial applications.
